Instant Vortex Plus/Omni Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

I came upon this recipe years ago when I was trying to get more veggies into my family’s diet. I had never thought about roasting vegetables like broccoli until I had it once at a restaurant and was shocked at how great it was. The slight char on the broccoli and the crispy caramelized garlic mixed with the salty Parmesan turns this boring vegetable into what I call, veggie candy.

I converted this recipe for the air fryer and when I tested it, I found that it comes out great in the Omni, but it also comes out great using the rotisserie basket in the Vortex Plus. I will share how to do both methods, but regardless of which way you choose, they both come out fantastic!
